Item terms that have been dropped off, including but not limited to bicycles, wheels, or parts.
 

Bicycles and any items that have been left at Hardy Bicycles will be kept for a maximum of 14 days after it has been dropped off at Hardy Bicycles and then will be put into storage. The customer will then be charged £5 a day until a further 14 days have passed. If item is still not collected from Hardy Bicycles, this will be payable before the release of the bicycle or item as well as the cost of any work including but not limited to labour costs. Bicycles which are not collected after 28 days become the property of Hardy Bicycles and will be scrapped. Hardy Bicycles are not responsible for the bicycle or item after 28 days of dropping the bicycle off.
 

The customer is not entitled to any compensation, or the restitution of any goods removed, or any damage caused to such goods, including but not limited to bicycles, locks or wheels after 28 days have passed.
